Starting in Marrakech, you’ll ride deep into the High Atlas, tackling high-altitude passes, flowing singletrack, rocky descents, and challenging climbs. Following centuries-old trails still used by local villagers and mule caravans, the route offers an incredible mix of technical riding, cultural encounters, and breathtaking landscapes.

Day 1: Marrakech – Imlil – Warm-Up Ride

Day 2: Imlil – Tizi Mzik Pass – Azzaden Valley

Day 3: Azzaden Valley – Ouirgane

Day 4: Ouirgane – Ait Zitoun

Day 5: Ait Zitoun – Kik Plateau
- Cross mountain ridges and panoramic plateaus.

- Incredible views towards Mount Toubkal and the High Atlas.
- Overnight in a mountain lodge.
Day 6: Kik Plateau – Agafay Desert – Marrakech

The ideal time for the High Passes Singletrack Challenge is March to May and September to November, when temperatures are comfortable and trail conditions are at their best. Summer offers excellent riding in the higher elevations of the Atlas Mountains, while winter provides crisp, clear days, although snow can occasionally affect the highest mountain passes.
